The Hurricane Business Recovery Center (HBRC) is a specialized group of business consultants organized by the University of Houston’s Small Business Development Center Network.  Our purpose is to help revitalize businesses along the Texas Gulf Coast that were impacted by Hurricane Ike.  Funded by a grant from the Small Business Administration, our professional consulting services are free of charge and confidential.  We can help you assess your current business operations and develop a strategy to improve results.
